Factiq uses Apple Foundation Models to process your queries entirely on your device. Your questions and the AI's responses never leave your iPhone. There are no remote AI servers involved.
Factiq does not require an account, login, or sign-up. We do not collect your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, or any other personal information. There is no user tracking or profiling.

Factiq includes an optional feedback feature. If you choose to tap the thumbs-up or thumbs-down button and submit the feedback form, an anonymized copy of the conversation is sent to our server to help improve response quality.

No data is shared with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third parties.
Feedback data is retained for as long as it is useful for improving the app, then deleted. Anonymous analytics data is retained by TelemetryDeck per their privacy policy.
Factiq does not knowingly collect personal data from children. Since the app collects no personal data from any user, it is safe for all ages.
If we update this policy, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
